You might have heard about Microsoft's recent retirement of Internet Explorer (IE). Since IE is the only browser supported by the Wave Global Administrator (GA), we wanted to let you know the best practice for continued access moving forward.
While it's true IE is retired and no longer supported in Windows 10 or 11, it will continue to be supported on Wave's Windows Server. To access GA, simply log in to Wave via Remote Desktop (and run IE in that session). This will also allow your Wave to run the correct version of Java and ensure that GA applets are launched most efficiently, without risking the security of your PC.
