The Alerts icon on the top bar lets you know when you have received a new Voicemail, Instant Message, or Call Recording.
Click the Alerts icon to view a list of your pending items:
Click Clear All Alerts to clear the list immediately,
-or-
Click an item in the list to open it. (Opening an item from the list clears it from the Alerts list.)
