Set Voice for Text to Speech (TTS) In IVR
- Log in to Global Administrator (see Login to Wave IP Global Administrator).
- Click on Applications tab.
- Click on Voice Server (note, this requires having Voice Server ports installed. All Wave license sets include one port).
- Choose General Settings.
- Click on the TTS Voice box to choose one of the installed voices. Kate and Paul are the default US English voices.
- Click on the Diagnostics tab.
- Click the Reset Server button to restart the Voice Server.
- Click Apply and then Done to exit.
